Finally fixed The Internet Explorer Side bar drop problem

Finally managed to fix the sidebar float dropping to bottom in the Internet explorer sorry for the all the hassel guyz .I Believe in open source community so I browse through opera and fire fox therefore it took me a week and a Feedback from my wifey(Dumbo still uses IE in office.Ha) to realize it and Fix it .Kindly send all these constructive feedbacks and I will Try and fix it for you(No!! Rahul Loomba I still am not going to return all those magazines i flicked from under your pillow in school.LOL)
